本利用規約(以下「本規約」)は、tabilogue(以下「当運営者」)が提供するtabilogue(以下「本サービス」)の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本規約に同意の上、本サービスをご利用ください。
本サービスの一部機能はアカウント登録が必要です。ユーザーは正確な情報を登録し、アカウントの管理・セキュリティに責任を持つものとします。
ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
当運営者は、不適切なコンテンツおよび他のユーザーへの嫌がらせ・誹謗中傷・脅迫等の悪質な行為に対し、ゼロトレランス(一切容認しない)の方針を採用します。
ユーザーから通報されたコンテンツについては24時間以内に確認を行い、本規約に違反すると判断したコンテンツは速やかに削除します。違反したユーザーに対しては、事前の通知なくアカウントの停止または削除を行う場合があります。
ユーザーは、他のユーザーをブロックする機能を利用できます。ブロックしたユーザーからのコンテンツおよびインタラクションは表示されなくなります。
ユーザーが投稿したコンテンツ(写真・テキスト・ルート情報等)の著作権はユーザー本人に帰属します。ただし、ユーザーは当運営者に対し、本サービスの運営・改善・プロモーションのために当該コンテンツを利用する非独占的な権利を許諾するものとします。
他者の著作権・肖像権を侵害するコンテンツの投稿は禁止します。
当運営者は、事前の通知なくサービスの内容を変更・中断・終了することがあります。これによってユーザーに生じた損害について、当運営者は責任を負いません。
本サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。当運営者は、本サービスの正確性・完全性・有用性について保証しません。ユーザーが本サービスを利用したことにより生じた損害について、当運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
当運営者は、ユーザーが本規約に違反した場合、事前の通知なくアカウントを停止・削除することができます。
当運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本サービス上に掲示した時点で効力を生じます。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
本サービスはApple App Storeを通じて配信されます。本規約は当運営者とユーザーの間で締結されるものであり、Apple Inc.は本サービスについて一切の責任を負いません。本サービスに関する問い合わせ、サポート、保証請求等はすべて当運営者にご連絡ください。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tabilogue (the "Service") operated by tabilogue ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Some features of the Service require account registration. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account.

We adopt a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive behavior, including harassment, defamation, and threats directed at other users.
We will review content reported by users within 24 hours and promptly remove any content found to violate these Terms. We may suspend or terminate the accounts of violating users without prior notice.
Users may block other users. Content and interactions from blocked users will no longer be displayed.
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, text, route data, etc.). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
You must not post content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages resulting from such changes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Service. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or delete your account without notice if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted to the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
The Service is distributed through the Apple App Store. These Terms constitute an agreement between us and the user only. Apple Inc. bears no responsibility whatsoever for the Service. All inquiries, support requests, and warranty claims regarding the Service should be directed to us.
